In general, no personal data of the user (e.g. name, address, e-mail, etc.) are processed or used in connection with the use of the websites of SHOPLER LTD (Buechzelglistrasse 23, 5436 Würenlos, Switzerland, hereinafter “SHOPLER” respectively “SHOPLER-websites”). If such data should be collected in certain cases (e.g. registry, notification, mailing of a newsletter, participation in a sweepstake, etc.), SHOPLER guarantees to comply with the Swiss data protection regulations.
For statistical evaluation of the business activity of SHOPLER, certain data on the use of SHOPLER-websites by its users may be collected and processed on an anonymous basis (e.g. without reference to the person of the user), for instance IP-address of the accessing computer, recording of the access time, length of time and chosen links. For evaluation purposes such anonymous data may be transmitted abroad.
Upon access to the SHOPLER-websites, cookies might be installed on the accessing computer. The cookie is a harmless text file and is necessary for suppliers to recognize the users who used SHOPLER as an intermediary. Beyond that, cookies do neither save nor transmit any further information.
